Do you enjoy wine as much as I do!? I will admit, while Molly and I like to drink a nice red or the occasional glass of Chardonnay, our favorite all year around is rosé.
Wines of Provence is one of the most iconic wine regions in the world. Located between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Alps, Provence is known as the “Birthplace of Rosé”. This wine region dedicates ninety percent of its capacity to rosé. The United States was Wines of Provence’s first importer…and last year we received (and drank!) 22.5 millions bottles. Crazy right!?
Molly and I love a nice glass of rosé, and we know that Provence produces some of the best rosé wines in the world. When I say it’s good rosé I means it’s really, really good rosé. If you don’t believe us, take it from the millions of Americans who are drinkin’ Wines of Provence! With so many diverse colors (pink, peach, light orange) there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether it be enjoying on the boat, at a weekend brunch or with our favorite takeout food, we almost always opt for rosé. And we’ve become self-proclaimed rosé experts! Take it from us, you’ve gotta try a glass, or bottle, from Wines of Provence.
One common misconception that I made and I am sure many other Americans make is that you can only have rosé on a warm summer day. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The best thing is you can drink rosé all year around! Wines of Provence has a variety of flavors and can be pair nicely with so many types of food. You are doing rosé an injustice by not not drinking it all four seasons!
